Tia is a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. She is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and brings a strong foundation in both clinical skills and patient-centered care. Originally from Toronto and raised in Vancouver, she was a competitive figure skater for 11 years with professional skating, ballet, and athletic training. Her athletic background continues to shape her approach to treatment, with a strong focus on rehabilitation, injury prevention, and overall functional wellness. While obtaining her diploma, Tia gained hands-on experience working with diverse populations, including pre and post-natal patients, seniors, athletes, and individuals with neurological conditions. She has experience in a range of therapeutic techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue and Swedish massage, Thai massage techniques, and pre/post-natal massage. Tia is known for her warm, supportive nature and her commitment to helping clients feel understood, cared for, and empowered in their health journey. She strives not only to meet expectations but to exceed them by providing thoughtful, attentive, and individualized care.
