À propos de Tia
Dans ses motsTia is a trauma-informed physiotherapist who offers a safe, compassionate space for people and their children — especially when they feel unsure where to go next. With a background in neuroscience, years of experience in the field, and as a mother who knows how hard it can be to add another "to-do" to your list, she blends clinical knowledge with an evidence-based, family-centered approach.
While Tia has experience working with infants and children with torticollis, motor delays, toe walking, and other developmental concerns, she also has an interest in a wide array of concerns that span the lifetime. She supports children and adults with chronic pain, connective tissue disorders such as Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and has experience supporting children with neurological conditions such as spina bifida.
In addition to her years of work in the private practice setting, she has provided care at both the Stollery Children’s Hospital and the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital in pediatrics. She is driven by a deep desire to be a trusted support for families navigating tough questions — and to help each client feel heard, understood, and confidently cared for.
Tia looks forward to being a part of your healthcare team.
