Tiana is a graduate of Langara College’s Registered Massage Therapy program, where she developed a strong foundation in both clinical knowledge and hands-on skills. She incorporates a variety of techniques into her practice, including Swedish massage, fascial techniques, deep tissue work, and trigger point therapy, depending on patient goals and what their body needs. Tiana’s approach to massage therapy is rooted in empathy and personal experience. After recovering from a complex ankle injury that involved multiple surgeries and long-term rehab, she gained a firsthand understanding of the physical and emotional challenges that come with healing. This journey has deepened her commitment to helping others navigate their own recovery with care and compassion. Outside of the clinic, she recharges by snowboarding, biking, snapping photos with her analog camera, and spending time with her dog, Luna. These activities help keep her grounded and inspired. Tiana is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and restorative space where each treatment is tailored to your individual needs. She looks forward to meeting you and supporting your wellness goals!
