Tiffany Chinapen
À propos de Tiffany
Dans ses motsAs a therapist, Tiffany values growth, resiliency and creativity and strives to support her clients with their inner growth, feeling grounded and reconnecting with themselves through the use of creative art-making. She believes everyone should be encouraged to have creative tools for self-reflection, self-regulating and self-expression. Her approach to understanding clients comes from an individual perspective informed by their social and cultural contexts. Tiffany works from a psychodynamic and reflexive point of view and incorporates a strength-based approach into her practice.
Tiffany’s approach to therapy comes from combining two disciplines: art and psychology by using lines, colours, shapes, and symbolic imagery to create a helpful way to make sense of feelings that are difficult to talk about. People of all ages can benefit from art psychotherapy, and previous art-making experience is not required.
