Tomas first obtained an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology degree from McMaster University. Subsequently, his love of learning and the human body allowed him to complete his studies at Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2016.
In his accelerated year at Sutherland-Chan, Tomas had the opportunity to treat many different conditions in clinics such as, Seniors Clinic, Multiple Sclerosis Clinic and Breast Cancer Clinic. Tomas also has experience treating low back pain, disc herniations, acute sprains and strains, whiplash associated disorders and much more.
Tomas is also working as a Teaching Assistant at Sutherland-Chan allowing him to bring his clinical knowledge into the classroom for the coming generations of Massage Therapists. While studying at McMaster, Tomas volunteered over 1500 hours as the Student Sports Medicine Therapist for the McMaster Men’s Basketball Team. Tomas is eager to bring his combined experiences into the treatment room.
Outside of the clinic, Tomas enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and exploring the outdoors. As a lifelong athlete, you can find him in some recreational sports leagues as well. Tomas is a huge Toronto sports fan and you can hear him cheering on his Raptors at every game.
