Dans ses motsBorn and raised in Ottawa, Tommy completed his Honours Bachelor of Human Kinetics (BHK) at the University of Ottawa in 2013, followed by his Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) at Western University in 2015. In 2016, he became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association in addition to a Graston Technique Specialist (GTS) in 2018. As a former varsity volleyball player, his extensive background in sport from an athletic perspective provides an advantage when it comes to treating and training athletes. His treatment philosophy integrates a variety of different approaches including manual therapy techniques, acupuncture, dry needling, and therapeutic exercise to empower individuals to achieve optimal movement, performance, and function.
