Tommy is a graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from UBC (2023). He is dedicated to helping clients recover, improve mobility, and prevent injuries. Tommy incorporates a variety of techniques in his treatments — including Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) — to effectively address tension and movement restrictions.

An avid sports enthusiast, Tommy spends his free time playing pickleball and volleyball and lifting weights at the gym. His active lifestyle gives him a firsthand understanding of the physical challenges and demands of sports and fitness, allowing him to connect with clients on a deeper level.
