Please note that Toshiko does NOT do ICBC billing Toshiko Kai, R.Ac. is a registered acupuncturist who offers traditional gentle Japanese acupuncture. She uses both gentle insertion and non-insertion ("teishin") techniques to help the body relax, release tension, and restore balance. To promote deep relaxation, she may also combine Reiki with acupuncture during treatments. Toshiko has spent several months in India, where she worked in a Japanese acupuncture clinic. More recently, she studied Zen Shiatsu in Greece to deepen her understanding of relaxation and holistic healing. She also offers facial rejuvenation acupuncture, using a variety of methods she studied in Japan, Canada, and the United States. These treatments support healthy skin while promoting overall well-being. Her approach is gentle, calming, and centred on the body’s natural healing process. Toshiko is dedicated to helping people feel relaxed, refreshed, and more connected to themselves. Toshiko speaks English and Japanese.
