Dans ses motsTracy, our Clinical Director, has almost 30 years of experience in mental health and an approach to therapy grounded in compassion.
Most of her work involves helping people with depression, anxiety, stress, self-worth, and relationship difficulties, with a focus on helping women manage late diagnosed ADHD.
With a strong desire to help clients find clarity, balance, and meaning in their lives, and a warm, empathetic style, Tracy works with clients who want to gain insight, be kinder to themselves, and achieve lasting change.
