As an Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) Tracy's strength is viewing the body as a whole and getting to the root cause of client's health concerns. After 20 years of specializing in nutrition, particularly sports nutrition, Tracy has added Massage Therapy to her lists of assets. Tracy's has taken a keen interest in Myo-Fascial Release, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation and working with the nervous system to get clients more lasting results. Her experience as a personal trainer and high-performance athlete adds to her holistic knowledge of the human body. Tracy won a Canadian University Championship in 1996, competing for the University of Windsor while completing her degree in Human Kinetics. Tracy is a long term local that has been enjoying the active mountain lifestyle, of running, biking, skiing here in Whistler since 1998.
