Tracy completed her BScPT at the University of Saskatchewan. Her physiotherapy career includes extensive sport medicine experience with the National Cross Country ski team at World Championships and 1988 Olympics, with the WHL Prince George Cougars, the Penticton Vees, and with BC Hockey including at the Canada games and the World under 18 Championships.
Tracy takes an active approach to rehab and is a big proponent of using movement to maximize healing and recovery. She also uses Functional Dry Needling to augment her treatment.
Tracy has three grown children and keeps busy with running, cross-country skiing, hiking, biking, yoga and stand up paddle boarding.
