Tracy Tsui is a Registered Social Worker who provides compassionate, client-centred
counselling to individuals, families, youth, and young adults. She has counselling experience in
both Hong Kong and Canada and has worked across diverse community and family-based
settings.
Tracy supports clients navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, disability, and family
stress. She has experience working with individuals and families affected by autism spectrum
disorder (ASD), ADHD, physical disabilities, and other diverse needs.
She also works with newcomers and immigrant families adjusting to life in Canada, offering
culturally responsive support around settlement, identity, parenting, and community connection.
Tracy supports teenagers and young adults with career exploration, education and employment
pathways, and managing stress related to life and career transitions.
Her approach is collaborative and strengths-based, creating a safe and respectful space where
clients feel supported and understood.

二十多年的註冊社工工作經驗。我在香港累積了豐富的輔導經驗，曾於多元的社區及家庭
服務環境中工作，支援不同背景的個人與家庭。
我提供以當事人為本、充滿同理與關懷的輔導服務，對象包括個人、家庭、青少年及年輕
成人，協助他們面對人生轉變、身心障礙及情緒相關的挑戰。我具備支援自閉症譜系障礙
（ASD）、注意力不足／過動症（ADHD）、肢體障礙及其他多元需要家庭的實務經驗。
我亦為新移民及移民家庭提供支援，協助他們適應生活，並就安頓適應、文化與身份認同
、親職教養及社區連結等議題，提供具文化敏感度的輔導服務。此外，我亦為青少年及年
輕成人提供生涯發展輔導，包括探索個人優勢與興趣、升學與就業方向，以及處理與生涯
及人生轉換相關的精神/情緒壓力。
我的輔導取向以合作及優勢為本，致力營造一個安全、尊重的空間，讓當事人感到被理解
、被支持，並逐步建立自信與力量。
