Dans ses motsI am an orthopaedic and pelvic health physiotherapist, as well as a certified Pilates and Yoga teacher.
I am passionate about helping regain body awareness and restore peak alignment through optimizing movements. My diverse skillset, including manual therapy and contemporary medical acupuncture, gives me the versatility to tailor treatments to the needs of my clients. I believe that every patient with the same condition has different underlying dysfunction that requires a unique treatment plan.
I look forward to helping you reconnect and regain your physical strength from the inside out!
