Trish is an experienced Sports Physiotherapist with more than 25 years of clinical practice helping patients recover from injury, improve performance, and return to the activities they love. As a FCAMPT physiotherapist and Internationally Certified Sports Physiotherapist, she has worked with everyone from recreational athletes to members of Canada's National Teams. Whether you're training for your first race, competing at an elite level, or simply looking to move pain-free again, Trish combines advanced clinical expertise with a practical, individualized approach to help you achieve your goals.

- Over 25 years of experience in orthopaedic and sports physiotherapy.
- FCAMPT (Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manual and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists) – the highest level of manual therapy certification for physiotherapists in Canada.
- Internationally Certified Sports Physiotherapist.
- Diploma in Sports Physiotherapy.
- Shift Concussion Level II Certified.
- Advanced training in:
- Vestibular Rehabilitation
- Medical Acupuncture
- Dry Needling
- Extensive experience working with athletes at the highest levels of competition.

###Treatment Philosophy
Trish believes every patient deserves the same level of care, whether they're preparing for international competition or simply hoping to enjoy everyday activities without pain. Her goal is to identify the root cause of an injury, restore movement, and help each patient perform with confidence.
###Outside the Clinic
Outside the clinic, Trish is the proud mom of three young men. She enjoys cycling, swimming, baking, and spending time with her family playing board games. One of her lifelong professional goals is to be selected as a physiotherapist for a Team Canada Olympic or Paralympic Team—and she's hoping LA 2028 will the one.
