Dans ses motsHi! I’m Tristan. I believe massage should be an integral part of any health and wellness plan. I view massage as a functional tool and I think a good, effective massage should be uncomfortable, but not painful. The goals I like to strive for with any client are pain reduction/management, return of function, and overall improvement of well-being. I specialize in deep tissue and therapeutic massage, and I recognize that the positive healing touch can be monumental to improve body awareness and reduce stress.
I have had a roundabout time finding my way to massage therapy. I have a degree in Cellular, Molecular, and Microbial Biology from Thompson Rivers University. I had worked in the mining industry for over 15 years, most recently as a geochemist. I graduated from the Mount Royal University Massage Therapy Program.
Outside of the clinic, I love to spend time with my dog, my partner, and my friends. I like to play community sports, hike, swim, go to the gym, and read.
