After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from Trent University and teaching adult ESL for a couple of years Johnny pursued a career in massage therapy. Graduating in 2016 with cum laude at the College of Massage & Hydrotherapy Johnny Lo (RMT) branched out to various different types of clinics, from motor vehicle accident focused, to high performance gyms, to rehab/prehab oriented facilities. He highly values a big picture approach to treatments, realising that a symptom/complaint is often a small piece to something larger.
Johnny also competes in high level sports. He rock climbs, cycles, runs, and cross trains when he is not at the clinic, or even doing one of those things between appointments. He is also a long time hobby photographer and podcast junkie.
