Tynan built his practice around the care he searched for as a collegiate athlete but could never find—treatment that goes beyond temporary relief to rebuild capacity and help people return to the activities they love with confidence. His approach combines hands-on manual therapy with progressive, individualized rehabilitation, helping patients take an active role in their recovery.
Tynan has a particular interest in treating spinal conditions, nerve-related pain, and sports injuries, including cervical and lumbar radiculopathy. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing persistent pain, or working toward a performance goal, he is committed to providing evidence-based care that helps you move with confidence.
Outside the clinic, Tynan enjoys strength training, working with his Labrador retriever, Sturgill, cooking, exploring the outdoors, and playing guitar.
