Dans ses motsValerie is a facilitator of Family Constellation work and Breathwork, an I-ACT Certified Colon Hydrotherapist, a certified Magnetic Mind Coach and holds a Bachelor of Science.
Valerie has been immersed in inner work for over 30 years. She has been participating in Family Constellation work for 19 years. A love for this sacred work inspired her to become a facilitator and now she helps others integrate the ancestral trauma they carry from their family systems.
Nine years ago, she discovered the power of breathwork to integrate trauma and create shifts in her life. This ignited a passion within her to share this powerful integrative tool with others.
Faced with a health challenge of rheumatoid arthritis in 2018, Valerie chose to treat her condition using alternative therapies. Changing her diet to a raw (living) vegan plant-based diet and working closely with an osteopath, a naturopath and a TCM doctor, her health began to improve. Colon hydrotherapy accelerated her healing by improving her sleep, reducing inflammation and reducing pain.
Valerie was then introduced to the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza and learned how her thoughts and emotional triggers were contributing to her health challenge. Around the same time, she was introduced to Transformational Breath® and her passion for this form of Breathwork was ignited.
In August of 2019, Valerie attended the Hippocrates Health Institute in Florida to experience and learn more about alternative healing therapies. This is where she was introduced to the symptoms of toxicity and different ways to detoxify through the diet, infrared saunas and colon hydrotherapy. Because colon hydrotherapy had been an integral part of her healing journey, she became I-ACT certified in colon hydrotherapy.
Valerie is excited to share with others what she has learned on her healing journey and help others on theirs. Currently, she guides and holds space for individuals, couples and groups to integrate trauma and to help them remember the truth of who they are. Her work is rooted in Breathwork, Family Constellation work, Gordon Neufeld Attachment Theory and The Work of Gila Golub including A Course in Miracles, Inner Child Work, The Work of Byron Katie, Shadow Work and more.
Other interests of Valerie’s include: meditation, yoga, traveling, enjoying the outdoors and spending time with her loved ones.
