I am a Registered and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Canadian Counselor, and an AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist. My practice is focused on sexual health and identity but is not limited to it. I work with couples and individuals, helping them navigate individual and relational issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. I welcome feedback and work hard to create a warm and comfortable space. I aim to help clients feel heard and understood; helping them to gain a deeper sense of self while they work on creating positive, lasting change.
My practice is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and sex positive. I offer therapy in two languages: English and Russian. Feel free to schedule a consultation to see if I am a good fit for you.
