Dans ses motsVanessa is a Registered Massage Therapist and a Certified Athletic Therapist, with degrees in Massage Therapy and Honours of Applied Health Sciences in Athletic Therapy. She has worked with a variety of sports and age groups as well as various injury types.
Vanessa enjoys working with a spectrum of clients from weekend warriors to higher level athletes. She believes that it is important to work towards finding the cause of your dysfunction to be able to effectively treat the injury.
Treatment Style: Vanessa treats clients clothed but will treat using sheets for more of a traditional massage depending on client goals.
Vanessa uses a combination of manual techniques, and exercises consisting of mobility, stability, and strength training.
