Vanessa's athletic background is what sparked an interest in how the body functions and heals. Having benefited from massage therapy herself in combination with her keen interest in the human anatomy lead her to pursue a career as a massage therapist. Graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2013, she comes prepared with skills to help her patients reach their physical well being. After meeting and interviewing her patient, Vanessa tailors her treatment techniques and modalities to suit each client's needs. Some of her techniques include but aren't limited to: trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilization and Swedish massage. She also has experience in pregnancy massage.
