My journey in physiotherapy began with a deep-rooted passion for health and fitness, nurtured during my academic years at Dalhousie University, where I earned my Masters of Science in Physiotherapy in 2013. Falling in love with Fredericton upon my arrival in 2014, I knew I had found not just a city but a community where I could thrive personally and professionally.
With over a decade of experience in private practice orthopaedic settings, I've had the privilege of working with clients spanning all ages and a wide spectrum of injuries. I have focused my post graduate education on orthopaedic manual therapy, acupuncture, exercise prescription, pain education, and most recently, pelvic health. I firmly believe that prioritizing our health is paramount, as it forms the foundation upon which all aspects of our lives thrive.
Beyond the clinic walls, I cherish spending quality time with my family – my husband Philip, my daughter Wrenley, my stepson Greyson, and our beloved dog Aspen. As a sports enthusiast and outdoor aficionado, you'll often find me exploring new areas soaking in nature's beauty, or unwinding by the lakeside with loved ones.
