Dans ses motsVanisha Mistry earned her Honours BSc in Kinesiology from York University in 2013, followed by a BSc in Physiotherapy from St. George’s, University of London in 2016. She spent two years working within the UK’s National Health Service at a musculoskeletal outpatient clinic, where she developed strong clinical skills in manual therapy, kinesiology taping, movement therapy, and pain management.
Vanisha has experience treating a diverse patient population, including pediatrics, orthopedic clients, older adults, amputees, and athletes. Her international physiotherapy background allows her to integrate a wide range of evidence-based rehabilitation approaches when managing both acute and chronic conditions. She currently serves as the Clinical Lead for the Physiotherapy team, where she supports clinical excellence and collaborative care.
Vanisha has a particular passion for working with infant and toddlers experiencing motor milestone challenges, and she is deeply committed to helping young children and their families thrive through early, targeted intervention. In the clinic, she provides one-to-one, patient-centered, and goal-oriented care, ensuring that each client receives individualized treatment, education about their condition, and a tailored exercise program to support long-term well-being.
