Vicky is in her final year of the Phytotherapy Diploma program and is passionate about helping people reconnect with their health through a holistic, root-cause approach to wellness. Her interest in natural medicine began while travelling through Southeast Asia in 2016, where she was inspired by more traditional and holistic approaches to health and living.
This experience led her to begin naturopathic studies in Australia in 2018. After her studies were interrupted by the pandemic, she later enrolled at Pacific Rim College in 2023 to continue her path toward becoming a holistic clinician.
As a student practitioner, Vicky is particularly interested in stress and mood support, digestive health, acne, and hormonal wellness. She has a growing passion for supporting women’s health concerns such as PMS, painful periods, PCOS, endometriosis, and fertility, while also creating a welcoming, supportive space for men’s health and healthy aging.
Her approach is informed by a background in holistic nutrition, spirituality, and a deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence. Vicky’s Her goal is to gently guide the body back toward balance through personalized protocols that feel realistic and sustainable long term.
