About Me As a Registered Psychotherapist, my practice is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, families, and groups navigate the complex intersections of mental health and relationships. I specialize in addressing a wide range of concerns rooted in trauma, attachment issues, and life’s challenges, offering a compassionate and culturally informed space for growth and healing. What I Address Individual Therapy- I work with clients dealing with: - Relationship Issues: Trauma bonds, attachment struggles, emotional or sexual challenges. - Mental Health Concerns: ADHD, OCD-related anxiety, depression, and procrastination. - Trauma Recovery: PTSD, narcissistic abuse recovery, and childhood trauma. - Anger Management and Regulation - Grief: Personnel Loss, Loss of relationships, etc. - Self-Esteem and Self-Worth Issues: Often rooted in manipulative relationships with partners, parents, colleagues, or friends. - Gender and Sexual Identity Struggles: Often surrounded by Cultural inhibitions, societal taboos, etc. Couples Therapy Helping partners foster deeper connection and understanding, I address: - Communication concerns and conflict resolution. - Same-sex relationships and polyamorous dynamics. - Intimacy challenges. - Discernment counseling for couples exploring their future together. - Co-parenting – separation/ Divorce etc. Family Therapy I guide families through: - Behavioral concerns and ineffective communication patterns. - Navigating grief or chronic illness of a family member. - Resolving family conflicts and rebuilding trust. - Blended family dynamics. Group Therapy My group therapy offerings create safe, supportive spaces to explore and heal together.
