As a Registered Psychotherapist, my practice is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, families, and groups navigate the complex intersections of mental health and relationships. I specialize in addressing a wide range of concerns rooted in trauma, attachment issues, and life’s challenges, offering a compassionate and culturally informed space for growth and healing.
