High Functioning Anxiety Group
« ### High-Functioning Anxiety Group
Sometimes anxiety can show up as overthinking, feeling like you need to stay on top of everything, difficulty slowing down, or simply having a busy mind—even when life seems to be going well.
Join Registered Social Workers **Stacey Fernandes and Jon Harley** for a supportive 4-session group designed to explore high-functioning anxiety and learn practical tools to help manage stress, expectations, worry, and everyday overwhelm.
The group will meet at **OM Integrative Healthcare in Dundas** over 4 sessions in a relaxed, supportive setting.
**Most extended health benefit plans cover Registered Social Work services**, so your sessions may be eligible for coverage. We recommend checking your individual plan for details.
Come as you are, learn alongside others, and leave with practical tools you can use in everyday life. »Muscian Support Circle
« Support Circle for Musicians
Four-Week Session starting September 23rd
Led by Jonathan Harley, MSW & Special Guest Nina Geleynse, MSW
Are you a musician looking for a space where you can be supported – not only as an artist, but as the whole person behind your music?
If so, you are invited to join a supportive psychotherapy group created specifically for musicians, by musicians who are also therapists.
This group offers a unique opportunity to connect with others who understand the emotional realities of a creative life. Whether you're navigating self-doubt, creative blocks, perfectionism, performance anxiety, burnout, career uncertainty, or the challenges of balancing your artistic identity with everyday life, you don't have to navigate it alone. Over the course of our sessions, we'll explore the emotional, relational, and psychological dimensions of a life in music while cultivating greater resilience, self-awareness, connection, and wellbeing.
Whether you're a professional musician, emerging artist, music educator, or someone who simply holds music close to your identity, you'll find a space to slow down, connect, and care for the person behind your music.
Together, We’ll Explore:
● Anxiety and performance pressure
● Self-doubt and the inner critic
● Rejection and resilience
● Sustaining creativity: flow, motivation, and creative blocks
● Artist identity, purpose, and meaning in music
● Navigating the music industry and career uncertainty
● Relationships, boundaries, and work-life balance
● Burnout and maintaining wellbeing
● Connection and community
● Self-compassion and sustainable creative practices
