With a passion for holistic health and wellness, I bring a blend of technical expertise and a nurturing touch to my practice.
I graduated from Vancouver Career College specialized in Massage Therapy, where I acquired comprehensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage modalities. My training includes specialized courses in myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and golgi tendon release, all tailored to address the specific needs of clients suffering from shoulder and neck tension.
Throughout my career, I have honed my skills working in reputable multidisciplinary clinics. My experience has allowed me to develop understanding of the intricacies of musculoskeletal issues related to shoulder and neck stiffness.
My approach blends therapeutic effectiveness with a calming, soothing atmosphere to promote both physical and mental relaxation. Whether you are seeking relief from chronic tension or simply looking to unwind and rejuvenate, I am committed to helping you achieve optimal wellness through the healing power of massage.
