Dans ses motsYana is a Graduate of the Evolve College Of Massage Therapy, Winnipeg, having completed the 2 year, 2,200 hour, hands on Therapeutic Massage program.
In designing a massage therapy treatment plan Yana goes over a health history with you and provide you with a thorough assessment which includes a postural analysis, range of motion testing, specialized orthopaedic tests, and/or palpations to the areas of concern.
Her approach is a combination of deep tissue work, different Swedish techniques, Trigger point therapy, Myofascial release, contract-relax techniques, assisted stretching (PNF),MET and joint mobilization. Yana trained in hot stone, advanced cupping, PBMT (Red light therapy), TMJ, aromatherapy and prenatal massage. She also specializes in facial and neck massage, combining extensive hands-on experience with a refined understanding of facial anatomy and therapeutic techniques. Her treatments are designed to support both therapeutic and aesthetic goals, promoting muscle relaxation, improved circulation, and a naturally refreshed appearance.

Yana has a Master’s Degree in Pharmacy and she used to work as a pharmacist before life called he to shift and expand herself in holistic wellness field. When she is not at the clinic treating clients, you can find her reading books, spending time with her lovely husband and two adorable kids.
