Yoko worked as a registered massage therapist in Sydney Australia for over 8 years, and worked alongside physiotherapists and chiropractors among other allied health professionals before moving to Vancouver Canada. She also built up experience treating desk workers, athletes, teachers, and health care providers with a wide range of conditions and age. She provides a combination of techniques including deep tissue massage, sports massage, trigger point techniques, joint mobilizations, and myofascial release to reduce pain and improve mobility. She is a skilled and passionate therapist about helping every person achieve health and wellbeing through massage therapy, and also creates a relaxed state in the body and mind while tending to each client’s individual needs
