I'm a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who completed my massage therapy education at
Vancouver Career College in Burnaby in June 2025.
My journey into massage therapy began with personal experiences of strains and sprains in daily
life, which sparked my interest in self-care and rehabilitation. After experiencing the profound effects of
massage therapy firsthand, I was inspired to pursue this field to help others.
My approach combines scientific evidence with compassionate care. I'm particularly passionate
about working with fascia and soft tissue, employing techniques such as Swedish Massage, Trigger Point
Release, Golgi Tendon Organ Release, Joint Mobilization, and Fascia Release. I specialize in Golgi
Tendon Massage, where I detect and address high tension in tendons to trigger the Golgi Tendon Reflex,
preventing excessive force or tension on muscles and tendons.
I also have a deep passion for prenatal and postpartum massage therapy. As a mother of two, I
intimately understand the challenges and joys of the journey to motherhood. This personal experience
fuels my dedication to supporting expectant and new mothers through massage.
The cornerstone of my strategy is understanding each patient's unique needs and goals. From this
foundation, I develop customized treatment plans and provide individualized home care instructions. My
aim is to help patients restore optimal body function and achieve pain-free movements.
Outside of work, I love to embark on travel adventures, meeting people from diverse cultures and
exploring mountains and lakes with my family and friends. My passion for exploration extends to the
culinary world as well, where I enjoy photographing food and trying out different restaurants in the city.
