Zack is a Registered Massage Therapist with a special interest in injury prevention and recovery. He received an athletic scholarship from Coffeyville College and Louisiana Tech University to compete in Division 1 NCAA Track & Field as a sprinter/jumper. He then graduated from the Centennial College Massage Therapy Program. Zack sustained a variety of injuries over his athletic career allowing him to work with many healthcare professionals as a patient. His experiences with these professionals and his passion for coaching and helping others is what led him to becoming an RMT. Zack knows the frustrations people face when overcoming injuries and strives to provide personalized care and support to his clients on their journey to recovery. Zack uses a variety of techniques including trigger point therapy, fascial techniques, rhythmic mobilizations, and remedial exercise to achieve patients treatment goals. He also emphasizes the role relaxation can play in contributing to one’s mental, physical, and emotional well being. In his free time you can find Zack making music, working out, or relaxing somewhere in nature.
