Dans ses motsHow long has it been since you actually felt okay? Not great, just okay. You are exhausted but cannot sleep. Your brain will not slow down. You find yourself replaying conversations and second-guessing everything. Telling yourself "others have it worse", then feeling guilty for struggling at all.
Something shifted, and you do not recognize yourself anymore. Old stuff is coming back up, and you are tired of pretending it is not.
I work with young women and adults, especially BIPOC women, who are used to managing everything until they realize they are struggling. Together, we look at what is happening so things can slowly start to shift. The noise gets quieter, and you no longer have to carry it alone.
