À propos de Zakiya
Dans ses motsZakiya is currently on maternity leave and will return to the clinic September 2026.
Hi, I’m Zakiya – a Registered Acupuncturist in North Vancouver, BC at Lynn Valley Massage Therapy.
I believe in a thoughtful and holistic approach to wellness. I practice a gentle style of acupuncture and aim to create a calming, collaborative environment to support your healing journey. My goal is to work with every patients to uncover the root cause of your concern, and restore balance to help you feel your best.
While I treat many concerns in my clinical practice, my areas of focus include: mental health, chronic headaches and migraines, concussion care, pain reduction and injury recovery, facial rejuvenation, and overall relaxation and stress management.
In addition to acupuncture, I use other Traditional Chinese modalities such as cupping, gua sha, and diet and lifestyle counselling to promote healing.
In my spare time, you can find me hiking with my dog Luna, skiing on the North Shore mountains, or in an early morning Pilates class.
For your convenience, I offer direct billing to Pacific Blue Cross, Sun Life, Telus Health, and ICBC.
