Zarna enjoys working with all age group patients & different clinical conditions including pre op & post operative conditions, soft tissue injuries(any pain as of muscle tightness or weakness), patients with disabilities, balance problems.
Zarna can also serve patients who are suffering from vertigo, impaired eye gaze , concussion, neck, upper back & lower back pain, pelvic floor muscles pain causing urinary incontinence , constipation. Zarna's treatment phylosofy is to help patients achieve their functional goals, maintaining the outcome of recovery & so how to stay well long term with use of variety of treatment tools such as dry needling, accupunture, modalities, ergonomics, posture correction. Currently, she is working on completing Level 2 in pelvic health so to help patients who are suffering from pelvic girdle pain
In her Leisure time, she enjoys empowering herself by upgrading skills, connecting with community & hiking
