Dans ses motsZoe is a physiotherapist dedicated to helping people move with confidence and return to the activities that matter most to them. She completed her Master of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Health Sciences at the University of Manitoba.
With a lifelong background in athletics, including competitive cross-country skiing and gymnastics, Zoe understands the importance of movement, performance, and recovery. Her experience as both an athlete and coach has shaped her patient-centered approach, emphasizing education, collaboration, and active rehabilitation.
Whether helping someone recover from an injury, improve their physical function, or achieve a personal fitness goal, Zoe strives to create individualized treatment plans that support long-term success and overall well-being.
When she is not in the clinic, Zoe enjoys running, strength training, skiing, hiking, paddle boarding, travelling, and spending time outdoors with her dogs, family, and friends.
