À propos de Zoey
Dans ses motsHey, I’m Zoey! (She/her)
You deserve a space where you feel seen, supported, and understood. Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re navigating stress, relationships, family dynamics, or simply trying to find balance. Reaching out for support is a brave first step.
In our work together, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. You bring your experiences, questions, and struggles, and together we’ll explore what’s getting in the way of the life you want. Our sessions focus on helping you reconnect with your strengths and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
I have experience working with children, families, and neurodivergent clients, and I value the many different ways people think, feel, and experience the world. I love helping kids and families build resilience and supporting parents through life’s ups and downs, while also working with teens and adults who are seeking growth, clarity, and connection. Everyone deserves to feel respected and supported, and I aim to create a space where your unique needs are met.
Whether you’re working through anxiety, self-doubt, transitions, or relationship challenges, therapy is a collaborative process where your goals and experiences come first. Growth happens when you feel safe, supported, and empowered to explore your path at your own pace.
