About Zoya
Hello, my name is Zoya, and I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist. I provide therapy sessions in fluent English, Hindi and Urdu, ensuring culturally sensitive and accessible care for diverse communities.
I am passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults in navigating challenges related to mental health, acquired brain injuries, substance use, isolation, depression, and low self-esteem.
I support children aged five and older who face challenges with emotional regulation and other developmental concerns.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is central to fostering positive change, and I work to create a safe, collaborative environment where clients feel supported and respected. Using a trauma-informed and harm reduction approach, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), mindfulness techniques, and attachment-based interventions to provide individualized care. My goal is to help clients process pain, build resilience, and cultivate hope, supporting them on their journey toward meaningful growth.
