Happy Soni – Registered Physiotherapist
Happy is a Registered Physiotherapist in Ontario who is passionate about helping individuals improve their quality of life through personalized rehabilitation programs. She focuses on understanding each patient’s unique needs and developing tailored treatment plans to help them achieve their health and recovery goals.
Happy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion. She has developed strong skills in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including injuries related to work, sports, and daily activities.
She has completed Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy Level 1 certification and welcomes patients experiencing concerns such as urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic floor muscle weakness, pregnancy related concerns, and other pelvic health conditions.
Happy is also trained in vestibular therapy for dizziness and vertigo, Acupuncture & Dry needling, compression stocking measurement, kinesiology taping, laser therapy, and cupping therapy.
She uses a holistic and evidence-based approach to treatment and incorporates various techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, active rehabilitation, kinesiology taping, electrotherapy, home exercise program and education to help patients recover, restore movement, and return to the activities they enjoy.
Outside of work, Happy enjoys painting, reading, and exploring new places.
