“The best of the best - I’ve gone to see over 10 physios and massage therapists in my life and nobody has fixed my issues more thoroughly than Austin.”

“Austin is very knowledgeable and experienced in prescribing exercises that directly deal with the root cause and conditions of presenting physical issues. He also really goes deeply into the layers of tissue adhesions collected through happenings in life. Highly recommended if you are looking beyond pacifying symptoms and are ready to really go deep. A whole new level of deep tissue.”Read moreShow less

“Austin is very knowledgeable and provides great long term solutions to eliminating body pain. Very efficient and gets to the point. Personally I’ve dealt with many body injuries, surgeries and overall pain and discomfort and in my 20 years of dealing with it, Austin has been the most effective by far.”Read moreShow less

“Austin knew exactly how to address my particular issue and set right to work with me. He was able to pinpoint which angle to take, and I already feel relieved from the treatment. The whole experience was not only commendable but a refreshing approach; one filled with passion and backed with years of rich knowledge in kinesiology.”Read moreShow less

“I have visited Austin twice for two different issues and the relief I have gotten from the prescribed exercises & manual therapy has been amazing. His massage technique is very intense but it is absolutely worth the temporary discomfort. I left feeling like a weight was lifted literally off my shoulders and had the most restful sleep I've had in a long time. Highly recommend if traditional physio hasn't been working and you want tools for relieving musculoskeletal pain that create long term relief. He also knows a lot more about hypermobility than most professionals which is a huge plus, since a lot of traditional exercises can worsen pain for hypermobile people. Thanks a ton Austin!”Read moreShow less

“Austin is excellent at what he does. He addressed 2 major pain points for me that no other practitioner has been able to help pinpoint or resolve. It's been a mental relief too knowing I can strengthen my muscles to naturally alleviate the problem and physically gain better alignment. He knows the complete picture and he he has studied a lot, I learned a lot.”Read moreShow less

“Thank you Austin! After suffering from a disc protrusion for two years, spending thousands on paramedicals and many doctor referrals but making no progress, I was glad to be referred to Austin. The experience has been transformational. I was unable to play any of the sports I enjoyed and lost a big part of my identity through physical activity. Working with Austin, we developed a program tailored for my circumstances. While we took steps back, I communicated this to Austin and we revised my program to be effective and practical. I have now returned to playing the sports I enjoy and grateful I escaped from the depths of “chronic pain””Read moreShow less

“I went to Austin for the first time after a long run up to an an aerial circus show and needed help with shoulder pain. The exercises he provided are great and will be part of my aerial training to ensure healthy shoulders going forward. The faisal scraping and massage released knots I didn't realize I had and I feel like I left with a new set of shoulders, forearms/elbows, and neck! Highly recommend if you have an injury or even just general athletic aches and pain. Fantastic advice, amazing massage, and good music/vibes! :)”Read moreShow less
