We read the page
Usually within minutes, we read the page and try its booking system — name, address, practitioners and services, and prices where the clinic itself publishes them.
Nothing goes in unverified
A clinic only appears once we’ve read a real, working booking system — never from a guess. We separately check every practitioner name we can find against the provincial licence register, and say so when we can’t confirm one.
It appears in search
If they run booking software we support, the clinic gets a listing and live openings follow. If not, it goes on our backlog and we check again as we add support for more booking systems.
Clinics can claim or remove their listing at any time. We only publish what’s already public on their site.
