The temptation with city pages is to generate one for every town and service and let the crawler sort it out — that’s how a site ends up with thousands of near-empty pages and a sitewide quality problem. A city × service page only gets linked here once it clears 8practitioners; thinner combinations are still listed above so you know they exist, but we don’t send search traffic to a page with too little on it yet.
