30 mint's not always possible to meet face to face for sessions so we now have the ability to work together from the comfort of your home we can meet via private video conferencing. During your session we will meet to discuss and assess you Injury or area of discomfort and mobility challenges just like in office. Once we have a treatment plan set out, I can guide you remotely through self care techniques and rehab or exercises to help you attain your goals of decreasing pain, increasing mobility/function and living a better quality of life.
