24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Please give us at least 24 HOURS NOTICE to reschedule/cancel your appointment(s)

Patients who DO NOT provide a 24 hours notice or miss their appointment will be charged the full appointment fee, this fee cannot be billed to your insurance or ICBC.

All patients must enter their credit card information while booking their appointment. Your credit card will not be charged without prior notification, either verbally or in writing, and neither our personnel nor other parties have access to it. Patients who miss their appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance will automatically be charged for the entire session.

ICBC Direct Billing NO User Fee please provide date of accident and claim number when booking your appointment; subsequent appointments will be discussed between you and your therapist.
