Private Group Sound Bath

Join us at 8th Chakra for an intimate small group sound bath with up to 6 friends! For an additional charge, we can also take the sound bath to you - contact for more details! This hour long sound bath will include crystal singing bowls tuned to 432hz, the heart beat of the earth, to help ground you. Darren will intuitively play a song for the group based on the collective energy. You will also hear other supportive instruments such as chimes, drums, a rain stick and shruti box, all tuned to an element or chakra. The sounds and vibrations from the song that is played will send you to a place of deep relaxation. If you have had difficulty in the past getting into a mediative state, the sound bath will help get you there at a quicker pace. You will not be verbally guided through a meditation, however Darren will send you on a journey through the various sounds, rhythms and tempo of the sound bath. A foam mat, a pillow and a blanket are provided for your comfort. Please feel free to bring anything else you feel you may need to get the most out of this sound bath. PLEASE NOTE: This sound bath takes place at Darren's home - he has 2 dogs that may be present before/after/during the sound bath.
