Full moon Sound Bath

This sound bath takes place under the light of the Full moon. We all know of the effects the moon has on the ocean. With our bodies made of water, it would make sense that the moon would physically effect us too! This sound bath is an opportunity for you to step away from the chaotic energy of the full moon. This hour long sound bath experience will include crystal singing bowls tuned to 432hz, the heart beat of the earth, to help ground you. Darren will intuitively play a song for the group based on the collective energy. You will also hear other supportive instruments, such as chimes, drums, a rain stick and shruti box, all tuned to an elements or a chakra. The sounds and vibrations from the song that is played will send you to a place of deep relaxation. If you have had difficulty in the past getting into a mediative state, the sound bath will help get you there at a quicker pace. You will not be verbally guided through a meditation, however Darren will send you on a journey through the various sounds, rhythms and tempo of the sound bath. PLEASE NOTE: This sound bath takes place at Darren's home - he has 2 dogs that may be present before/after/during the sound bath.
