Immerse yourself in deep sound, frequency and relaxation as Darren plays the shruti box, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and tanpura, guiding you on a journey to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Take a moment during the sound bath to set your intentions for the new moon cycle, and release anything that no longer serves you. There are 2 seating options to experience the sound bath at Knox United Church: Premium Seating - A lay down spot in the open area at the front of the sanctuary General Seating - enjoy the sound bath in the church pews (you can lay down on the pew) PLEASE NOTE: Parking is not included with this event. Parking lot adjacent to church is paid parking.
