“Walked in with my sister yesterday and they fit us in today at the same time. I was able to get X-rays and check done and a cleaning done and they made an appointment Thursday to do fillings. “I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. They double-charged my insurance for the same service, and when I brought it to their attention, the staff member I spoke with was dishonest and dismissive instead of addressing the issue professionally. In addition to the billing problems, the quality of the dental work was poor. I ultimately had to have the procedure redone elsewhere, which cost me additional time and money. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that others carefully review their billing statements and consider other options before choosing this office. “Haven’t been to the dentist in a long time due to having had a bad experience at the last one. Linda was very helpful and ensured that my insurance would cover everything we were doing, with no hidden cost. There was actually a small mistake where the dentist did one thing my plan didn’t cover, and Linda waved the fee and told me she is a woman of her word which she sure is (-: The dentist is very gentle and understanding, he makes sure to check in multiple times to see how you’re feeling during the appointment.
