90 minWe will strengthen, release and stabilize the pelvis and sacrum, including the pelvic floor; which can also help with discomfort and incontinence. In the class we will balance the pelvis as we increase mobility, flexibility and strength in the hips. This class is helpful for treating pelvic imbalances like: SI joint, low back pain or dysfunction. As well as, loosening and decreasing pain and tension in the thighs, glutes and hip joints.
