Tele-rehab/Virtual Physiotherapy Assessment
During your virtual assessment, we will conduct an initial exam to find the cause of your symptoms and to see how you move (excluding some orthopedic tests and manual palpation). In addition, you will be provided with education, self management techniques, and a home exercise program. Please note that no manual therapy will be provided during the initial assessment due to the nature of the appointment.

What it is
Most of the visit is you explaining what’s been going on while the physiotherapist watches how you move, checks range, strength and specific tests, then gives hands-on treatment if it fits and a clear exercise or self-management plan to take away.
