In this appointment, the practitioner will conduct a comprehensive assessment and apply a combination of manual therapy, cupping, and tailored, evidence-based exercises. These classes are offered by a Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT). During each class, you will be guided through yoga poses (asana) and breath work (pranayama). As class sizes are small the Yoga Therapist is able to provide individual attention to each participants specific needs.
